Effective Jan. 2, 2021 our storefront at 289 Kingston Road East in Ajax will be open to the public 4 days a week.   The store will be limited to 1 customer and masks are required at all times, as such we will not be sampling.  If there is already someone in the store, please take a number and wait in the comfort of your car until your number is called.

Local delivery has been suspended but we offer curbside pickup for all orders placed online.

Please read the following information to assist you in the ordering process.
Log in to our website and complete your Order.  
After you submit your Order you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an Invoice, the costs are estimated and you will not be asked for payment information until your order is prepared. We will handcut, weigh and price your order to the size you requested.
Please include any special requests or instructions in the comments area of your order, including whether we should substitute or remove an item should it not be available.
Due to delivery carriers no longer providing delivery guarantees and after many failed deliveries, we have temporarily suspended shipping cheese.
You will be emailed an invoice once your order is prepared, usually the day before or the day of your pickup.
Payment can be made securely online with a credit card or by e-transfer to [email protected]. Please ensure payment is made by 11AM on pickup day.
Safety Precautions
We take the health and well being of our staff and customers seriously. Our storefront had been closed to the public since March 19 2020 and only reopened after masks were mandatory. We continue to employ additional sanitation protocols.
We appreciate your cooperation and continued support. We will continue to evaluate things and make changes as necessary.
You can access your past orders by logging in here with the email you used at our point of sale.  On a smartphone, click your username in the top right, after logged in, then Orders. 

I just checked out, how do I pay for my Order?

Your Order is hand cut and weighed, therefore, when you completed the Order on our website, an estimate was created.  Generally we will process Orders the day before pickup and an Invoice will be emailed to you that you can securely pay online by credit card, or, you can Interac e-transfer to [email protected]  

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes, you can select the Curbside Pickup option at checkout and select a Timeslot.  Pickup can be made between 11AM and close.

Phone service?

We will do our best to answer the phone during business hours but our priority is serving in-store customers, preparing online orders, facilitating curbside pickup and sanitizing the store.  You are strongly encouraged to order online.  If your call is not answered, please leave a message and we will get back to you ASAP.
