Isle of Mull Clothbound Cheddar Scotland

This farmstead clothbound cheddar is made by the Reade family on Sgriob-ruadh Farm on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. It has full and rich savoury flavours with a pleasant fruitiness  and a unique slightly boozey flavour that is a result of the cows unique diet which is suplemented with spent grain husks from the whiskey distillery at Tobermory.

Cheddar Black Garlic


This aged cheddar has rich umami flavours and subtle garlic notes. Try this cheddar in a grilled cheese or as a pizza topping, and you will find it melts into a smooth and creamy cheese and matches well with charcuterie.

This product must be ordered in sets of 50 grams.
A minimum order of at least 150 grams is required.
