Rutland Red Aged Red Leicester (formally known as Thomas Hoe Stevenson) is the only pasteurised Red Leicester to be produced in the county of Leicestershire, in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir, where it is buttered, cloth bound, and matured for approximately 6 months.

Flaky open texture and a lemony, slightly sweet, nutty caramelized flavour.

A Red Leicester with Oomph. Creamy with a complex taste due to its 18-21 month maturation that provides the vintage credentials of quality, calcium crystals, a nutty texture and intensity of flavour, finishing on notes of caramel, this cheese totally redefines what you might expect from a red Leicester. Coated in red wax.

Perfect in a ham and mustard sandwich. Also gives a rich amber colour melted over chicken or steak. Pair with a new world Merlot.

Rock Star is a cave aged cheddar aged for 18 months. Its complex, umami flavours are as deep as the caverns it is aged in, and it finishes with sweet, caramel notes and a savoury tang with a long finish.
