The Lincet family originated in the Marne and founded the Fromagerie Lincet cheese dairy in 1895.

Preserving and developing the expertise of its cheese masters for five generations, Lincet continues to produce ten cheeses by adapting traditional methods to modern production requirements.

Traditional local cheesesBased in the towns of Saligny and Vaudes, near Sens and Chaource, Lincet is ideally located in the heart of a region which unites the cheese-making traditions of Champagne, Burgundy and Ile de France.

Naturally, Fromagerie Lincet has developed its range on the basis of the specialities of this region (Chaource, Brillat-Savarin, Epoisses).
