Inspired by a passion for fine foods, Artisan Edibles has been making the most of lovingly grown seasonal ingredients since 2005. Located in Parksville, British Columbia, dubbed by some as the “Jewel of Vancouver Island” we specialize in the production and sale of gourmet food products and pride ourselves on our high quality, beautifully packaged ingredients.

Our chef-quality product range includes wild and exotic jellies, chutneys, antipasti and a popular rose petal scone mix. Artisan Edibles’ versatility is showcased in a wide range of applications: from main course meals and paired with the finest wines and artisanal cheeses, as a welcome addition at a countryside picnic, to a delicious dessert topping, the ultimate hostess gift or simply as tasty quick-and-easy appetizers.

As a proud member of the Small Scale Food Processors Association, we strive to be innovative and insist on supporting our local food industry whenever possible. We value and nurture the relationships with our retail partners and suppliers while also contributing to the economic growth of our local communities.

Our vision has always been to make these high quality products available in the global marketplace – we started in BC, and now we can be found in fine food stores and delicatessens across Canada, in Germany and other soon-to-be-announced European locales.
