Vezzena cheese has been produced on the plateaus of Folgaria, Lavarone and Luserna since very ancient times. The partially skimmed raw milk is collected from Brown, Red Pezzata and Black Pezzata cows.
 
This cheese has a firm crystaline texture like parmesan, and a salty full flavour.
 
This cheese is part of the Presidio Slow Food movement. The Presidia sustain quality production at risk of extinction, protect unique regions and ecosystems, recover traditional processing methods, safeguard native breeds and local plant varieties.
This product must be ordered in sets of 50 grams.
A minimum order of at least 150 grams is required.
