Spicy Apricot Marmelade

This locally made preserve combines fruity apricot and spicy red chilies for a perfect balance of sweet and heat.  A great addition to any charcuterie board or use to glaze meats, add to grilled cheese sandwiches. Try it on ice cream for a zippy dessert.
