Picobello has a robust flavour with a touch of sweetness and a firm crystalline texture. Sweet notes of caramel, roasted nuts and toasted breads conclude in a long lingering finish. 

This product must be ordered in sets of 50 grams.
A minimum order of at least 150 grams is required.

This reminds me of a flavourful parmigian, with the nip of cheddar.

I purchased about 200 grams and it was gone within the afternoon.

Great cheese with either a white wine or dry red.
It loses its unique flavour eaten with crackers or other accompaniments.
Alone it is delightful.

I highly recommend this.
