If you hang around me long enough, you’ll soon realize I use a ton of white balsamic vinegar in my salads. I love it because it gives me that sweet balsamic flavour I’m looking for, without changing the colour of my ingredients.I found this balsamic in the motherland
of Modena, Italy, and became completely obsessed!

• Made with 100% Italian grapes aged in wooden barrels
• Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, white wine vinegar.
• 46 °Brix yielding a sweet balsamic vinegar
• Min. 3.5% Acidity
• 500 ML
