Tapanade

A combination of figs, cranberries, currants and balsamic vinegar. Sweet enough for desserts like cheese cake, or strawberry shortcake and savoury enough over salmon, or pork cops. Romain lettuce, mandarin orange , slivered almonds and bean sprouts are highlighted using this as a salad dressing.
