Semi-soft cheese from Switzerland, made with pasteurized cow’s milk, natural black-brown rind, cave-aged in Kaltbach.
Subtle, balanced, aromatic, but not too tangy with melt in the mouth texture. Black Italian truffles add a rich earthiness.

Naturally aged 3 years with a firm texture and wonderful combination of salty and sweet flavours and a classic aged Gouda butterscotch finish. Full of crystals!

Produced in New Hamburg, Ontario with milk from the cheesemakers own dairy herd.

Nazareth Royal

Nazareth Royal is produced using the best milk from cows that feed in the meadows and raised on small family farms. It is a deliciously fresh with a nutty taste and smooth interior has a delicate structure with small holes. The flavour is rich, sweet and balanced with notes of butter and hazelnut.

Prima Donna Mature

Prima Donna Aged Gouda Holland

A gouda aged about 1 year. With a softer texture and a more subtle flavour than other aged goudas. It has an ivory rind with a slight rose blush, a crystalline texture, and a sweet, nutty flavor with a caramel aftertaste. Prima Donna is a versatile cheese for pairing with wines yet it pairs especially well with reds such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Zinfandel.
