The Extra Old Cheddar is aged for two years using a Scottish recipe and dry stir technique in which the curds are dried and then salted. Named Canada’s Best aged cheddar at the 2009 Canadian Cheese Grand Prix, this is a smooth, full-bodied cheese. Organic milk. Winner of Best Old Cheddar at Canadian Cheese Awards 2014.

Made with the milk from the cows of the PEI cooperative dairy farm.

Godminster Vintage Cheddar

A certified organic cheddar made by Godminster Farms in Bruton, Somerset, England. Made using traditional methods from a 70 year-old recipe with pasteurized cows milk straight from the Somerset farms own dairy cows.

Less crumbly than traditional farmhouse cheddars, it is uniquely creamy in both taste and texture with a rich full flavour. As a vintage cheddar, it has to mature for over twelve months to allow its tangy, yet smooth taste to develop. Beautifully presented in maroon wax.

Amazing coupled with a good apple jelly or chutney.

A full-bodied, pale creamy cheddar with a mellow flavour accented by the sharpness of Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey sourced from the Cooley distillery in Co. Louth.

Cahill's Whiskey Cheese is produced by Cahill's farm in Limerick, Ireland. Records of making cheese go back to 1902 when David Cahill started the business.
