Burrata Ontario - 125 gram

This Ontario made Burrata has an outside thin shell made of cow's milk mozzarella while the insides contain a soft, stringy mixture of curd and fresh cream. This mini Burrata is called Burratini.

The taste of Burrata goes well with salads, crusty bread, prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and with spaghetti.
