To make a Triple Cream more cream is added to the already rich milk to achieve the required 75 per cent fat content. This style is soft, moist and rich, resembling a decadent mixture of butter and cream cheese.

Le Trappeur is a soft cheese with a white bloomy rind that is supple and creamy. It has a mild aroma of cream, butter and mushrooms.
