I just checked out, how do I pay for my Order?

Your Order is hand cut and weighed, therefore, when you completed the Order on our website, an estimate was created.  Generally we will process Orders the day before delivery, ex. Sunday and Wednesday, and an Invoice will be emailed to you that you can securely pay online by credit card, or, you can Interac e-transfer to info@countrycheesecompany.com.  All Invoices paid by noon on delivery day will be delivered between approximately 1PM and 4PM.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Ajax, Bowmanville, Brooklin, Courtice, Oshawa, Pickering, Port Union & Whitby.

How does contactless delivery work?

You will receive an email prior to delivery with an estimated time of delivery and the ability to track your delivery.  We will leave the package, knock and, to the best of our abilities, ensure you receive your order.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Not at this time.  We are not at the store long enough to facilitate.

Why no phone service?

Again, we are simply not at the store enough to reliably answer calls.  And, it is impossible for us to answer phone calls when at the store because we are busy preparing orders or cleaning.  To reach us, please try our new Messenger Cheesemonger bot to get help now and/or request a call back.
