Burrata Truffle Italy

This fresh cheese is imported from Italy.  The outside thin shell is a pasta filata curd made of cow's milk mozzarella while the insides contain a soft, stringy mixture of curd,fresh cream and decadent black Itakian truffles.

The taste of Burrata goes well with salads, crusty bread, and prosciutto, fresh tomatoes with olive oil and with spaghetti.

14 Arpents

14 Arpents Quebec

14 Arpents is a semi soft farm cheese made from the whole milk of the brown swiss cows. This square-shaped cheese is creamy and covered with a wonderful orange rind. Full of flavour, It has a slight taste of hazelnut. The flavour becomes more pronounced as it ages. The cheese is named after a road that borders the cheese dairy, le chemin 14 Arpents. (14 acres)

This product must be ordered in sets of 50 grams.
A minimum order of at least 150 grams is required.

Named to commemorate the year the St. Albert Cheese Co-operative was founded. St. Albert remains one of the oldest cheese factories in Ontario.

Semi soft washed rind. Aromatic with rich lactic and vegetal flavours and supple texture.

Abondance bufflo

Abondance cheese is firm, has a strong smell and a distinct and complex flavor; fruity and with hints of hazelnut. The paste is soft and fluid with an ivory to pale yellow color and has small holes. Made with local buffalo milk.

Abondance can be cut in a half moon and melted like Raclette cheese.
