Purple Haze is a fresh goat's milk cheese from Cypress Grove Chevre in Northern California flavoured with wild fennel pollen and lavender.

Stuff into pitted Medjool dates and wrap with prosciutto. Crumble on fresh mixed baby greens; add sliced strawberries, toasted pecans and balsamic reduction.

Beer Pairings: Pilsner, Witbier
Wine Pairings:  Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling
