Smooth texture, warm, nutty and floral notes in aroma and taste.

The cheese gets its name from the Louis d'Or farm, which produces the organic milk used to make it. The name of the cheese also refers to the French currency of the same name used under the reign of Louis XIII in 1640.

This cheese has won multiple awards since it's inception, including the most recent awards of Canadian Cheese of the Year, Best Firm Cheese and Best Raw milk Cheese at the Canadian Cheese Awards in June 2018.

Mahon Spain

Mahón cheese is made from cow's milk and aged for 6 months. It is named after the natural port of Mahón on the island of Minorca off the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Minorca is known for its cheese production and is home to one of the most respected dairy plants in Europe.

In 1985 the cheese from Mahón received the Denominación de Origen.

Oxford's Harvest Garlic Chive

A hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese made with milk from the family farm and delicately aged on cedar wood planks. This cheese has a creamy texture and lightly lactic and buttery flavours. The addition of garlic and chives gives this cheese a rich savoury and lasting flavour.

This is the traditional cheese of Belluno, matured for a minimum of 12 months.
A hard, compact, cooked cheese, Piave Vecchio has an intense flavour that increases as it matures. It has a concentrated sweet, crystalline paste with a full, tropical fruit flavor and slight almond bitterness.
