L’Attrappe Coeur

Aged four to six weeks, this soft cheese with a bloomy rind is 100% made from pasteurized milk from Outaouais region dairy farms, without modified milk ingredients. Encased in a white, fluffy rind, it has a cream colour and a texture that is chalky closer to the rind and becomes creamy toward the centre. This Brie has a mild white mushroom aroma and a taste of fresh milk with notes of butter.

The cheese has a smooth texture, warm, nutty and floral notes in aroma and taste.
A Classic 60% double cream, mild and buttery French branded full fat brie. The flavour is mild - medium with a slight flavour of hazelnut which comes from the mould coat. Suitable for vegetarians.

Mahon Spain

Mahón cheese is made from cow's milk and aged for 6 months. It is named after the natural port of Mahón on the island of Minorca off the Mediterranean coast of Spain. Minorca is known for its cheese production and is home to one of the most respected dairy plants in Europe.

In 1985 the cheese from Mahón received the Denominación de Origen.

Mimolette has a distinctive flavor of butterscotch and caramel. The texture is hard-firm and breaks rather like fudge. This French cheese pairs nicely with a Pinot Noir or a fine Ale.

A delicious parnership between Daily Dairy and Mocca d'Or created this unique cheese. Mocca d’or is an expert in roasting unique espresso blends according to the slowroast method.

The sweet strong flavour of Mocca d’or slow roasted coffee in combination with the gentle saltiness of medium Gouda, brings forth a smooth, rich and aromatic cheese with coffee, vanilla and a sweet taste of caramel.

Morbier Arnaud Reserve

Morbier France

Morbier is an aromatic and surprisingly mild French cow's milk AOC cheese defined by the dark vein of vegetable ash streaking through it middle. Today, the ash is purely decorative, a nod to the method by which Morbier was once produced in Franche-Comté. Traditionally, the evening's fresh curds were sprinkled with ash to prevent the formation of a rind overnight. The next morning, new curds were laid upon the thin layer of ash to finish off the wheel.

Mountainoak Gouda - 3 year

Naturally aged 3 years with a firm texture and wonderful combination of salty and sweet flavours and a classic aged Gouda butterscotch finish. Full of crystals!

Produced in New Hamburg, Ontario with milk from the cheesemakers own dairy herd.

Winner Best New Cheese at the 2018 Canadian Cheese Awards and Grand Champion at the 2017 British Empire Cheese Competition.
