Grey Owl

Made by Fromagerie Le Detour in Quebec, Grey Owl is a soft and decadent goat’s milk cheese. An exterior coat of vegetable ash endows the cheese with a wrinkly, slate-coloured and piquant smelling edible rind. The interior paste is pure white, dense and softening at the edge of the rind. The smooth and silky texture melts in your mouth with pleasing sharp and lemony flavours.

Harbison

Jasper Hill Farm is a family-owned dairy farm with a herd of 45 pastured Ayrshire cows. Andy and Mateo Kehler have been making cheese since May of 2003.

Harbison is a bark-wrapped bloomy rind cheese with woodsy, sweet, herbal, and bright flavours. The bark, cut from Jasper Hill Farm's woodlands holds the delicate cheese together, provides flavour to the creamy paste, and allows for an ideal presentation as the centerpiece of a cheese plate.

The cheese is named after Anne Harbison, an active member of the tight knit Greensboro, VT community where the dairy is located.

Herbed Goat Fresco

Soft and creamy with a hint of goat's milk in its flavour, mild and just a bit tangy, good for slicing and melting. Enjoy it with a crusty bread.
This delicious cheese is made by Monforte Dairy in Statford, Ontario and flavoured in-house with lemon olive oil, savoury herbs and Fleur de Sel hand rubbed on the exterior.

Humboldt Fog

Humboldt Fog is a goat milk cheese made by Cypress Grove Chevre, of Arcata, California, in Humboldt County. It is named for the local ocean fog which rolls in from Humboldt Bay.

Kenzie

A semi aged bloomy rind crottin style cheese. White fluffy rind with a pleasant light floral undertones. As this lovely cheese ages, blue mould will appear and will yield a light mushroomy flavour. Complex flavours appear as this cheese ages. Paired nicely with white wine, lightly oaked preferred.

La Champayeur

Organic, soft, bloomy rind cheese with a chalky and slightly firm texture. Cream, fresh butter, hazelnut and mushroom flavours.

A farmstead cheese handmade at award winning Fromagerie Presbytere in Quebec. “Champayeur" is an old French word that means a herd in the pasture.

La Mascotte

Semi-firm 100% goat’s milk cheese, Mascotte tastes of roasted almonds with a goaty finish. Its rind releases a most appealing slightly woody aroma.

La Sauvagine

It is estimated that in the fall, the Quebec sky plays host to over 13 million ducks, geese and teals. They make up what we call the sauvagine. Inspired by the splendour of these birds, the artisan cheese makers created a remarkable cheese with a deliciously rustic flavour.
