Cristalia Garlic and Parsley

Fritz Kaiser moved to Canada from his native Switzerland and established Fromagerie Fritz Kaiser in 1981.

A mild flavour, similar to fresh cheese, enhanced by herbs and spices.

Makes an excellent cheese sauce, great for Raclette, or cheesy garlic bread, on sandwiches or as part of a cheese platter.

Curé-Hébert

This semi-soft, washed rind farm cheese is made with raw milk drawn from the Fromagerie l’Autre Versant’s herd of Ayrshire cows. Its orange-brown rind is partially covered by a fluffy white coat. The cheese has a buttery colour, a supple, shiny, melt-in-your mouth interior and a scattering of small holes.

Delice de Bourgogne

This decadent triple-cream cheese is incredibly rich, full-flavoured with a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Made in the Burgundy region of France. The cheese is rich and creamy due to the addition of cream fraiche being added twice to the milk during the making of the cheese. The aroma can be quite pungent but it is an interesting contrast with the buttery-sweet texture and subtle taste. Délice de Bourgogne is a sumptuous cheese.
