Mont Saint-Benoit Lactose Free

Made at the only cheese factory managed by Benedictine monks in North America, Mont Saint-Benoit is a semi-firm, very mild cheese with a hazelnut flavour. Similar to Swiss-type cheese with large holes. An excellent lactose free substitute for Mozzarella for use in lasagna or pizzas.


This product must be ordered in sets of 50 grams.
A minimum order of at least 150 grams is required.
