Made from sheep’s milk, Crotonese originates from Calabria, in the Province of Crotone, Italy. Crotonese has a natural yellow rind, with a semi-hard straw-yellow consistency that has a rich, distinct flavour, sharp with an earthy finish. Pecorino Crotonese is an artisanal sheep's milk cheese aged in wicker baskets which gives it a distinctive hatched pattern on the rind.

Made by Caseificio Val d'Apsa in the Marche region of Italy.

Pecorino Pepato

Pecorino is the general name given to any sheep milk cheese made in Italy. This sharp sheep's milk cheese is aged nine months and studded with whole black peppercorns. It has a firm texture, is sharp and salty with a savoury peppery bite. Use as a table cheese, or for grating or shaving over pasta and soup.
