Bouchées d'Amour Garlic and Parsley

Soft fresh bright tasting goat milk cheese marinated in grapeseed oil and garlic and parsley. You can add these “Bouchées d’Amour” to your salad or serve them on a slice of bread or crust, heated in an overhead broiler. You can also use them to garnish your pizzas and focaccias. The leftover oil would make an excellent, flavourful dressing.

Petit Cendré Goat Quebec

A cheese made from goat's milk and ripened from 2 to 4 weeks with a thin bloomy rind. Salted by hand and rolled in the ash of maritime pine wood, this cheese offers a discrete goat cheese flavour and reveals notes of hazelnut. The brittle texture soon softens in the mouth. This small, pretty, ash rind cheese will stand out from the crowd on any cheese platter.
