Curbside Pickup & Delivery Only

Our storefront at 289 Kingston Road East in Ajax remains closed to the public. Our storefront is simply too small to allow for any physical distancing.  Instead, we offer online ordering with FREE local delivery on Monday and Thursday or curbside pickup on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.  We believe this is prudent to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and to ensure the integrity of our products.

Please note curbside pickup is for orders placed online only.  Please do not come to the store to order.  Thank you for your understanding and support as we adapt.

Please note that staff are not in the store to answer the phone. To reach us please try our new Messenger Cheesemonger bot to get help now and/or request a call back.
 
 
Please read the following information to assist you in the ordering process.
Order
Log in to our website and complete your Order.  
After you submit your Order you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an Invoice, the costs are estimated and you will not be asked for payment information until your order is prepared. We will handcut, weigh and price your order to the size you requested.
 
Please include any special requests or instructions in the comments area of your order, including whether we should substitute or remove an item should it not be available.
 
If you are outside our delivery we will send a quote for shipping via Canada Post on the Invoice you receive by email.
 
Payment
You will be emailed an invoice once your order is prepared, usually the day before or the day of your delivery.
 
Payment can be made securely online with a credit card or by e-transfer to info@countrycheesecompany.com. Please ensure payment is made by noon on shipping day.
 
Contactless Delivery
When payment is received you will be notified by email when your order leaves with an ETA for delivery.  You can also track your delivery via the link included in this email.
Upon arrival our driver will knock or ring and leave the package at the door. If you wish to tip please use the add tip option on your invoice.
 
Safety Precautions
We take the health and well being of our staff and customers seriously. Our storefront has been closed to the public since March 19. We continue to employ additional sanitation protocols and we rotate staff every week. In store staff do not interact with the public.
 
We ask that you not visit the store. We are not permitting the public to access the store. We appreciate your cooperation and continued support. We will continue to evaluate things and make changes as necessary.
 
You can access your past orders by logging in here with the email you used at our point of sale.  On a smartphone, click your username in the top right, after logged in, then Orders. 

We currently offer free local delivery and we encourage you to generously tip on your invoice and we will distribute amongst all employees.

(Regular FREE local delivery to Ajax, Bowmanville, Brooklin, Courtice, Oshawa, Pickering, Port Union & Whitby. Maybe even Port Perry once a week. Complete the checkout process (you don't have to pay until we prepare your order) and we will see if we can bring the cheese to you)
