Our retail store has been closed to the public since March 19th and the phones not actively monitored.
We are sorry if we have not replied to you, we are busy but very interested in talking to you. We are working on this!
We are locally delivering all paid cheese invoices on Monday and Thursday of each week and shipping any paid Canada Post orders on Monday. We will process online orders the day before delivery/shipping and send you an invoice by email after your order is prepared. Pay that invoice by noon on shipping day and we will ship to you.
We will rotate in store staff and delivery staff every 2 weeks. In store will not deliver and delivery staff will not work in the store.
We have reworked our entire website to focus on this, excuse any hiccups. Please indicate in the comments whether we should substitute or just remove an item from your order should it not be available at this time.
We currently offer free local delivery and we encourage you to generously tip on your invoice and we will distribute amongst all employees.
We will continue to evaluate things and make changes as necessary.
(Regular FREE local delivery to Ajax, Bowmanville, Brooklin, Oshawa, Pickering & Whitby. Maybe even Port Perry once a week. Complete the checkout process and we will see if we can to bring the cheese to you)
